Your fundraising, step by step

We write the story together, one service at a time

The path starts free, continues with a first day at €350, then service by service. When it works, it leads to the long haul: your fundraising looked after every month.

The services, one by one

  1. Step1

    The first conversation

    Free

    A look at your fundraising, and a written page to know where to start.

    A thirty-minute call, by phone or video, to understand your fundraising and its tools; then an hour and a half of reading on our side, with no access to your tools; a page in your inbox within five business days: what we saw, what we could not see, the three things we would start with.

    What next? The first conversation

    What next: the first step, a day on the subject that is stuck, €350.

    Or pick a time directly (booking page in French)

  2. Step2

    The first step

    €350, once per nonprofit

    Your first day with us, on the subject that is stuck.

    A working day on the subject you choose (the newsletter that no longer goes out, the donation page that loses people, the file nobody dares open any more), and a note with three dated priorities.

    What next? The first step

    What next: if your priorities fit within a year, the run-up turns them into a plan, dated and priced. If one of them is urgent, it is done on its own, at its own price.

  3. Step3

    The run-up

    €1,650 · 3 days

    Your fundraising plan for the year, presented to your executive committee.

    A reading of your donations and your tools, calendar, audiences, budget; two meetings, the kick-off and then the presentation to your executive committee; every action in the plan carries its date and its price.

    What next? The run-up

    What next: every action in the plan carries its price. You do it with us one at a time, with a book of days, or without us.

  4. Step4

    On the way

    The services, one by one, each with its price. You choose what your fundraising needs now, nothing more.

    Your emails

    • Your newsletter, new format€1,100 · 2 days

      A coded format, easier to read than the templates of email tools, that puts your key points forward (a figure, a story, a button). The format is yours.

      What next: one issue a month, written and sent, €275. Or Momentum, which looks after your fundraising and your donors every month.

    • One issue of your newsletter€275 · 0.5 days

      Written, built, sent, with its line of results the next day.

      What next: every month, with a book of days, or in Momentum, which looks after your fundraising and your donors every month.

    • An appeal and its reminder€275 · 0.5 days

      An email that asks (a need, an amount, a date), and a reminder to those who did not answer.

      What next: reactivating your lapsed donors, to write to those who no longer give as well.

    • Reactivating your lapsed donors€550 · 1 day

      Those who have not given for 13 to 36 months: two emails and a reminder.

      What next: your automations, so that the reminder to lapsed donors goes out on its own every month.

    Your campaigns

    • The season€1,650 · 3 days

      Your year-end or spring campaign, from plan to review: the calendar, the texts of the three sends and the two reminders built and scheduled, the visuals for your social accounts, the review in figures.

      What next: the season review says what worked. To keep in touch between two seasons, one newsletter issue a month, or Momentum, which looks after your fundraising and your donors every month.

    • The IFI campaign€1,100 · 2 days

      May and June, for your major donors (the IFI is the French wealth tax on property): two carefully prepared sends and a reminder.

      What next: the year-end season, prepared from June onwards with the same donors.

    • Your paid campaigns (Meta, Google)10% of the budget managed, €400 a month minimum

      Design, setup, monitoring; the advertising budget is still paid by the nonprofit.

      What next: Google Ad Grants, if your nonprofit is eligible.

    Your data and your automations

    • The analysis of your database€1,100 · 2 days

      Duplicates, lost addresses, your groups of donors, what can run on its own; the database put back in order.

      What next: your automations, built on the donor groups the analysis found.

    • Your automations€1,650 · 3 days

      Built after the analysis: a three-message welcome, a same-day thank-you for each gift, a reminder to lapsed donors, a gift anniversary, a failed direct debit, an alert when something breaks.

      What next: your dashboard, to see what they bring in every month.

    Your tools

    • Your fundraising dashboard€825 · 1.5 days

      In your nonprofit’s colors, with the indicators of your sector (adoptions, sponsorships, memberships, legacies, depending on what you do), chosen during the meetings, updated on its own.

      What next: kept and commented on every month in Momentum, which looks after your fundraising and your donors every month. Or reviewed once a quarter, on a book of days.

    • Your donation page, rebuilt€825 · 1.5 days

      A page that works on a phone: amounts, direct debit, receipt.

      What next: an appeal that sends people to it.

    • Google Ad Grants, setup€825 · 1.5 days

      Application, account, first ads, donation tracking.

      What next: monthly management, €275 a month, or included in Momentum, which looks after your fundraising and your donors every month.

    • Google Ad Grants, monthly management€275 a month · 0.5 days a month

      Ads adjusted to the appeal of the moment, program rules checked.

    • Your website with online givingfrom €3,300 · from 6 days

      Ten to fifteen pages, content carried over, two people trained; a bigger website is priced at the first conversation.

      What next: routine updates to the website and the donation page are included in Momentum, which looks after your fundraising and your donors every month.

    • A training day at your premises€825 · 1.5 days

      Up to eight people, preparation included; travel extra.

      What next: a book of days, so your team can call on us when it needs to.

    Your partners

    • The sponsorship proposal€1,100 · 2 days

      Twenty companies and foundations qualified for your project, the six-page proposal, the request letters signed by your president. You do the sending.

      What next: corporate sponsorship followed all year, in Rise, which follows all your fundraising and your communications.

    • With the sending and follow-ups done by us+ €550 · + 1 day

      As an option to the proposal.

    Our reference day: €550 excl. VAT. The first one is €350.

    A salaried fundraising officer costs their nonprofit €180 to €260 a day, but cannot be hired for two days a month; an independent fundraiser in the sector charges €350 to €550.

    What next? On the way

    What next: each service ends with its review in figures, which names the next one in your plan. When they follow on from one another, the logbook brings down the price of a day.

  5. Step5

    The logbook

    To carry on service by service, at your own pace, with no monthly fee.

    This is where most nonprofits stay for a while, and that is just fine.

    The book of five days

    €2,500 · €500 a day

    Valid for twelve months, on any service.

    The book of ten days

    €4,500 · €450 a day

    Valid for twelve months, on any service.

    Le Réseau Pawa

    The Pawa network: the nonprofits that work with us write to each other every month, lend each other their templates and introduce one another, with no meetings imposed. Included from the first service, it opens once eight nonprofits have joined.

    A book of days is invoiced on purchase, in one go.

    Each day is spent on a service from the list, for the number of days shown, and after each use you receive a statement of the days used. The first step is not part of a book of days. If you move to a package, the unused days are deducted from the first month, at their purchase price.

    What next? The logbook

    What next: when your book of days runs out in less than a year, the packages offer a cheaper day, a meeting every month and an answer within 24 business hours.

  6. Step6

    For the long haul

    When you want to hand everything over, your fundraising looked after every month, follow-up included.

    The more you hand over, the less a day costs: €550 one at a time, €500 then €450 with a book of days, €429, €417 then €400 in a package. The price of a package is its days multiplied by that price, follow-up included.

    Your commitment
    With a twelve-month commitment, the price of each package drops by 10%, and the day with it, invoiced every month: the discount rewards the duration, not paying in advance.

    If your resources drop, you move down a step or you leave, and the months already passed keep their discount, with no claw-back of the difference.

    Momentum

    €3,000 a month · 7 days · €429 a day · that is €36,000 over twelve months

    With a twelve-month commitment: €2,700 a month, €386 a day, that is €32,400 over the year.

Our limits

What we do not do

We prepare and run your campaigns, your mailings, your proposals and your tools. We do not manage your teams, we do not staff your helplines, we do not make phone calls on your behalf: your volunteers and your staff are the ones who bring the nonprofit to life, and that is just as it should be.

In practice, we do not take on:

  • leading and supervising your teams;
  • recruiting and looking after your volunteers;
  • organizing an event on site;
  • phone calls to your donors, your members or your partners;
  • answering a shared inbox of the nonprofit;
  • sitting on your governing bodies, except to present a review or a plan.

And we will tell you straight away if you are looking for:

  • a purely graphic need: a logo, a visual identity, print;
  • a full-time presence at your premises;
  • payment as a percentage of your donations: we never take one;
  • a promise to double your fundraising: nobody can seriously keep it.

Six guarantees, written into the contract

  • Everything is yours, from day one.

    Your texts, your templates, your access, your domain name and your hosting are in your nonprofit’s name.

    You never have to ask us for anything to take back what is yours.

  • A written continuity plan.

    Every service is handed over with what someone else needs to take over without calling us: calendar, templates, access, instructions.

    It is written before we start, not promised afterwards.

  • Every figure has a source.

    What we state about your campaigns, your mailings or your donations is measured and dated.

    You can check it yourself, and we tell you how.

  • Sign-off before the balance.

    What has to go out or work is written down at signature, in plain words.

    The balance is only due once it has been checked with you.

  • Your data stays yours.

    A data processing agreement, the one required by article 28 of the GDPR, is signed with every nonprofit.

    The list of access rights is kept up to date, and everything is revoked at the end.

  • No commission on your donations.

    No percentage of your donations, no software sold.

    No commission on the tools we recommend: prices known in advance, written on the quote.

The first conversation

The questions I will ask you

In a first conversation, you do the talking. Here is what I will ask you before suggesting anything.

  1. Tell me about your cause. What made you start, and what still keeps you going?
  2. Who looks after fundraising today? A staff member, a volunteer, an executive committee rolling up its sleeves, or nobody?
  3. How do your donations come in, through which tools, and what happens for the donor right after?
  4. What are the high points of your year? The year-end, a world day, an emergency, a season that matters more than the others?
  5. In a year, if we have worked well together, what will have changed for your donors, the people you help, your executive committee?

Under which law

Our contracts are governed by French law, and written in French. If we disagree, we first look for a way out together, then through mediation.
